Shipping Information:

We ship all orders within 2-3 business days. The preferred shipping method is USPS First Class Mail for US domestic orders and USPS air letter post for international orders.

We don't provide custom forms for small international packages, as it is not required by USPS. We do ship all items over $100 by USPS Priority Mail with a limited tracking # (when postage is over $25). When international postage is below $25, USPS doesn't provide a tracking #.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Most items has a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in new condition. Microcontrollers cannot be returned because they are prone to ESD damages if mishandled.
